The Tuvia Group navigated through numerous concerns throughout the escrow including unit deterioration, plumbing issues, eletrical issues, sewer issues, pest issues, and more. One of the units had permitting issues, presenting another challenge. The deal ultimately closed with one unit vacating, making the
